What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative processes, such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or other art forms, to help individuals express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.  It provides a non-verbal way to explore feelings, improve self-awareness and foster personal growth.

"As I was new to Art Therapy, I didn't know what to expect. Megan held a warm, gentle and safe space for me.
I was surprised at how incredible this approach is.  I have learnt so much about myself and my current situation which has really helped.
I would highly recommend Megan as she is a wonderful therapist.
